The banking and finance team has considerable experience in advising lenders and borrowers including Cyprus and international banks, building societies and corporate clients.

 

The Banking & Finance dept is split into three teams:

• Acquisition Finance

• Project/Asset Finance

 

We offer advice on all aspects of banking and finance with an increasing emphasis in 2013 on property finance transactions. The Group has strong relationships with a number of higher education institutions as well as notable retail banking groups.

We advise on all issues which may arise including the drafting and negotiation of loan and security documentation, inter-creditor arrangements, release of existing security and review of existing loan and security documentation.
